2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):- "I. to direct the concerned respondents to protect the petitioner's ancestral land in Mauza- Chakandra, Thana No.237, Tauzi No. 2305, Khata No.

125, Khesra No. 1593, Area- 12.5

Patna High Court CWJC No.6449 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/3 decimal, situated at village- Chakandra, P.S. Chewara, District- Sheikhpura, forthwith.

II. to direct the concerned respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 21/02/2026 forthwith.

III. to direct the concerned respondents to protect the peaceful possession of petitioner on his own Khatiyani land in the Interest of Justice, forthwith.

IV. to grant any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. It has been pointed out by learned State counsel that the Title Suit No. 185 of 2024 is/was pending before competent Civil Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same stands dismissed for non-prosecution by the plaintiffs in which he was the defendant.

5. Be that as it may, the matter relates to a civil dispute, no positive order can be passed. If the petitioner has any threat from the private respondent, he may approach the appropriate forum.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
