Three persons were apprehended at the spot while remaining managed to escape at the time of conduction of raid by the prosecution party and further, on search from the possession of Suraj Kumar one country made loaded pistol, mobile from the possession of Ramayan Ram, two cartridges of 9 mm, mobile from the possession of petitioner Neeraj Kumar Pandey, one knife, mobile and further, from the place of occurrence one mobile, two motorcycle allegedly being stolen one were seized. From para-3 of the petition it is apparent that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as well as happens to be under custody since 25.08.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52112 of 2016 (2) dt.02-12-2016 Consequent thereupon, petitioner Neeraj Kumar Pandey @ Neeraj Pandey is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Gobindganj P.S. Case No.222 of 2016.
