JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR was lodged with allegation of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has leveled allegation of kidnapping and sexual relation with co-accused Ashish for one and half months at Delhi. However, the tenor of the statement reveals that the matter is of love affairs. Petitioners are females. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17533 of 2017 (2) dt.21-04-2017 of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/Successor Court in connection with Parbatta (Bharat Khand) P.S. Case No.4 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and subject to the further condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioners in this case.
