The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 17.06.2013 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram has allowed maintenance to the Opposite Party No. 2 in Maintenance Case No. 26 of 2010. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any merit in the application. The same is dismissed.

The Court below is directed to take stringent steps for ensuring compliance of its order.
