The petitioner, who is in custody since 03.12.2019, seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 693 of 2019, dated 02.12.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It appears from the F.I.R. that from the possession of one Aditya Kumar and Vishal Kumar, there has been recovery of firearm weapons, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21908 of 2020(2) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 petitioner has been later remanded in another case about which reference has been made in paragraph 3 of the bail petiton.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of accusation against him, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 693 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
