Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 408 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is nothing specific alleged against these petitioners. There is case and counter case between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24798 of 2019(4) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 parties and there is admitted land dispute between them. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 408 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
