Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 35 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 498, 365, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim who has stated before the police that she was taken away by the petitioner and was sexually assaulted. In her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, she has again supported story of abduction. In such a serious case the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Considering the same, this application for anticipatory

The petitioners is directed to surrender within two weeks from today. If he does not surrender within two weeks from today, the Superintendent of Police Muzaffarpur will take all steps for arresting the petitioner and other accused persons of this case.
