The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The occurrence took place due to construction of a ridge. There is a case and counter case. A partition suit bearing T.S. No. 1085 of 2013 is also pending between the parties. It appears that both the parties entered into free fight among themselves but the injury is simple in nature.
