This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report relating to offence of dacoity is against six unknown criminals. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the coaccused. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner was remanded in this case from judicial custody in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 302 of 2016 and only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of the co-accused before the police. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2016. Hence, considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Lakhisarai, or successor Court.
