JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 367 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation is of recovery of 27 litres of Nepali Sauf liquor.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 18.09.2018.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judg -II-cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 367 of 2018.
