The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sakra P.S. Case no. 420/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that a Panchayati was convened but the accused persons objected the Panchayati and some altercation took place. They assaulted the informant and his wife.

It is submitted that there is a counter version. Rita Devi, wife of Ashok Paswan also lodged Sakra P.S. Case no.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50023 of 2014 (3) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 421/2014 but the injury report is not annexed. From perusal of the injury report it appears that on account of assault made by the petitioners two front teeth of the informant were uprooted. The wife of the informant also got injuries.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail. The court below shall consider the regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by this order.
