Perused the order passed by the court below. It appears that the court below considered the fact that the wife has got no source of livelihood and that the husband-petitioner is an employee in Centaur Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. The court below also found that the petitioner is evading real fact about his income and considering the high price of essential commodities and other articles directed husband to pay Rs. 4000/- as maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

I, therefore, find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
