This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jadia P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the First Information Report, it transpires that a dispute of severe nature resulted into scuffle between the persons named in the First Information Report and the informant's family, apparently out of their rival claims of title over a piece of land. Two persons, named in the First Information Report, are said to have assaulted the informant and his family members.

I find substance in submission made on behalf of the petitioner that allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature against all the persons named in the First Information

Considering the nature of allegation and the genesis of the occurrence, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Supaul, in Jadia P.S.
