In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for a direction of this Court in respect to fixation of his pay in the Pay-Scale of Rs. 3050-4590/-.

The petitioner has been appointed on the post of Gasman on 18.09.1982. In respect to the same, a representation was also filed by the petitioner dated 07.02.2007 but no final order till date has been passed in respect to the said representation. The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Vice Chancellor, L.N.M.U., Darbhanga, for redressal of

Patna High Court CWJC No.23473 of 2011 (3) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 his grievance within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order in respect of fixation of his pay scale, which shall be considered by the Vice Chancellor, L.N.M.U., Darbhanga, in accordance with law and he shall pass a reasoned order within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
