The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.08.2016 passed by J.M., 1st Class, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 3306C/2015 whereby and whereunder complaint case filed by the petitioner was rejected under Section 203 of the Cr.P.C. and said that no prima facie case has been made out against the named co-accused persons (O.P. No. 2 to

4) and also order dated 28.11.2016 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai in Cr. Revision No. 413/2016 has been dismissed.

3. The petitioner is the borrower of Central Bank of India.

4. The case has been found to be false. During investigation a final form was accepted and thereafter a complaint was filed and the complaint was dismissed and thereafter a revision against the order dismissing the complaint has also been dismissed.

5. The Court finds no merit in the application, accordingly, this application is dismissed.
