The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.4.2013 passed by the Adhoc A.D.J. 1st, Buxar, in Sessions Trial No. 88 of 2011 arising out of Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2010 by which he has refused to discharge the Petitioner. Having gone through the facts of the case, I do not find any merit in the application, the same is dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, it is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28354 of 2013 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 copy of this order in connection with Sessions Trial No. 88 of 2011 arising out of Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2010, to the Superintendent of Police, Buxar, and the Superintendent of Police, Buxar, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
