Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47 of Bihar Excise Act. Ten litres country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner but seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 11.06.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
