JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-379, 411, 413 & 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Two solar plates and one pressure machine etc are said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner and the informant claims that the aforesaid seized articles are stolen property but it appears from perusal of the first information report as well as impugned order that the investigating officer could not collect evidence to show that the aforesaid seized articles were stolen property. Moreover, submission on behalf of petitioner is that the seizure list does not bear the signature of family members
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36288 of 2016 (2) dt.23-08-2016 2/2 of the petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 23-06-2016. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pipra P.S.
