Case No. 11 of 2010 pending before the F.T.C 1st, Siwan to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur where the Trial No. 2367 of 2013 arising out of Maniyari P.S. Case No. 20 of 2010 is pending. Having gone through the records of the case I am not inclined to entertain the application. Hence the application is disposed off with direction to both the Courts to conclude the trial positively, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the Trial Court is directed to send a list of remaining witnesses/ the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the
