The order dated 26.07.1999 by which the petitioner was suspended and also transferred has been impugned in the present writ petition which was admitted to hearing without granting any interim relief to the petitioner.

It appears that on 19.01.2011 when the case was listed, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and this Court passed an order peremptory in nature which from the Office Notes appears has not been complied with and the writ application stood dismissed as against respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4. In my view, the application has become infructuous as no relief can be granted to the petitioner in absence of those respondents. This appears to be reason for non-appearance of the

The writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
