This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report was lodged by the local Chowkidar when he found the dead body of a female. During investigation it revealed that the dead body was of the wife of coaccused, Manoranjan Singh. Co-accused, Manoranjan Singh, stated before the police that his wife had illicit relation with other named person, hence, they committed the murder. Submission of the petitioner is that it has come during investigation that the petitioner was in talking term with the wife of Manoranjan Singh.

Considering the fact that there is very weak evidence against the petitioner, above named, he, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 199 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Miss Jabin Jamal, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna, or successor Court.
