BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 02-11-2021 The petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "I. For quashing order as contained in memo no. Pra-7/ vividh (karya)-115/2017-3731 (Ha) dated 29.05.2020 issued under (Management, the signature Maintenance of Engineerin-chief, and Safety) Road construction Department Government of Bihar, Patna, by which the license of the petitioner's construction company has been suspended for one year.

11. For declaration that the decision of the authority as contained in memo dated 29.05.2020 is totally cryptic, baseless, illegal, arbitrary, as well as

III. For allowing the petitioner to participate further in the tender process (NIT- Notice Inviting Tender) floated by other Departments of Government of Bihar, Patna and the petitioner's construction company has participated in the tender process and the license of the petitioner's construction company has been suspended for one year, for the work which has already been completed in the year 28.12.2018 itself.

IV. For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under law in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
