Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22219 of 2022(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 with Complaint Case No.193 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the allegations and the fact that the petitioners are public servant, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No.193 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
