The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant suspects that petitioners and six others committed murder of his son for the reason that the deceased had some affair with a girl of the family of the petitioners.

Submission is that the case-diary would reveal there is no eyewitness of the occurrence. FIR was lodged on recovery of dead body merely on suspicion.

No.19551 of 2019(4) dt.04-06-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No.427 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
