2. By drawing my attention towards the order dated 23.09.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 7541 of 2022, the learned counsel for opposite party has submitted that the petitioner has to file regular bail after surrender as per direction of the Supreme Court, but still he did not surrender.
