JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). A mandamus commanding the respondent authorities concerned to accept the joining of the petitioner on Class- III post of clerks from the date on which the notification appointing other candidates placed (even below) in the same merit list than the petitioner was issued.

(b). And for further commanding the respondents authorities to fix the seniority of the petitioner as per the merit list and to grant all notional benefits of continuous service and seniority to the

(c). A mandamus directing to respondent authorities to fix salary of the petitioner after granting all notional benefits treating the date of appointment as 08.12.2003 on class III post of clerk, and to pay all consequential monetary benefits to him with effect from the date on which the petitioner has been appointed."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 5, i.e. the District Magistrate, Gaya, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
