This is the second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that number of other accused persons have already been granted bail and the petitioner is in custody since about one year. However, in this case earlier a report was called for regarding stage of the case, which has been received and kept at Flag-G. The report suggests that the case is fixed for framing of charge.

In view of facts and circumstances, particularly the fact that after considering the detailed fact of the case, the prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45810 of 2016 (3) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected, there is no reason to review my earlier order.

The petition stand again rejected.
