Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016 registered under Sections420, 467, 468, 471, 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 21.12.2016, 22.02.2017 and 23.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 54104 of 2016, 7360 of 2017 and 7814 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed

No.16472 of 2017 (2) dt.19-05-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
