Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 114 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that while she was going outside after locking her house one unidentified person came and thereafter two more persons came and forcibly entered her house and took away ornaments and Rs. 22000/- cash and fled away.

It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to suspicion. The name of petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69518 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 confession made by co-accused Mukesh Kumar and except said confession there is no other incriminating materials against petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 114 of 2018.
