Petitioner is not named in the first information report but his name came in this case on the basis that the motorcycle, which was seized from the place of occurrence, belongs to the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 12.08.2016. Moreover, F.I.R named accused Sanjay Singh and two others have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
