Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rohtas (Amjhore) P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of a co-accused Kukku Sah @ Chhotu Sah due to previous enmity and nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on
