Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 196, 197, 198, 199, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case with an allegation that he secured appointment as teacher based on a forged and fabricated BETET certificate. It is next submitted that the FIR came to be instituted based on an inquiry conducted behind his back. It is further submitted that had an opportunity been given to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25794 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 petitioner to explain his case, perhaps the instant FIR would not have been instituted. It is also submitted that the petitioner has resigned from the job.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 185 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
