Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that deceased had illicit relation with daughter of the petitioner and blood was found near the house of the petitioner. The impugned order goes to show that circumstantial evidence was collected by the I.O to show involvement of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in Hulasganj P.S. Case no. 65/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad stands rejected.
