The petitioner, Anjani Kumar Singh, apprehends his arrest in Punpun P.S. Case No.31 of 2002, registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that during course of investigation, the police found the case true only under bailable sections of the Indian Penal Code and, accordingly, granted bail to the petitioner. Thereafter, police submitted charge-sheet under different bailable sections of the Indian Penal Code, but the petitioner did not appear for long time.
No case for anticipatory bail is made out.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition is rejected. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court and seek regular bail.
