The petitioner seeks regular bail in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 258/2017 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 216/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.
It is alleged in the written report that one loaded country-made pistol with live cartridge have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2017.
Keeping in view the period spent by petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73295 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge IInd, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 258/2017 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 216/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
