2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 85 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 69/ 61(1), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 6/8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with the victim.

4. From the records it appears that the petitioner and the alleged victim girl were in a relationship. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.24391 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIcum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO, Bhagalpur in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024.
