JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2026 This writ application has been preferred for direction to respondent no. 2 i.e the Collector, Katihar to protect the interest and possession of the petitioner over 1 decimal land of Plot No. 301, appertaining to Khata No. 12 situated in MauzaBachalpur, District-Katihar so that he could construct his house over the said land which he has purchased by Registered sale deed dated 06.02.2010 and has been paying rent to the State and for construction of the house, he has also been allotted fund under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yozna, but respondent no. 5 is not allowing him to construct his house by exercising criminal intimidation.
