Neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor anything is said to have been recovered from his conscious possession. The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement and except confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.8.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
