The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of FTC-II, Muzaffarpur.

Earlier this Court had refused the prayer for bail on 09.01.2018 in Cr. Misc. No.58545 of 2017.

The trial is at the verge of conclusion as per report of the learned trial Judge dated 06.02.2019.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail after four months if the trial is not concluded. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
