5. The Block Supply Officer, Chand, District - Kaimur At Bhabua .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 It appears that the show cause notice which was issued to the petitioner has not been annexed to this writ petition. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of revision against the order of the appellate order.
In the circumstances, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the revisional court against the order passed by the Appellate Authority. If the petitioner files an application for condonation of delay, the same would be considered sympathetically as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
With the aforesaid observations, this writ application stands disposed of.
