Mr. Md. Raisul Haque, SC-4 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. The petitioner has filed the present application for issuance of direction to the respondents to recognize the petitioner as Anganbari Sevika of Mohalla Ramnagari Mushahar Toli, Centre No. 20, Dhanaha, West Champaran, with an order for training to the petitioner and for grant of other consequential benefits, as the petitioner got letter of appointment as Anganbari Sevika by the resolution of Aam Sabha of Dhanaha Panchayat in its meeting dated 30.11.2007. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, by order, dated 04.01.2023, passed in CWJC No. 14727 of 2013 has held that
Patna High Court CWJC No.21340 of 2014(3) dt.30-01-2023 2/2 "the post of Anganwari Worker is not a cadre post and the same is governed by guidelines issued in that respect. It is not a post under the State services and a writ petition therefore would not be maintainable with regard to the same".
In view of the order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench in CWJC No. 14727 of 2013, this writ application is not maintainable and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) ashwani/- U
