The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 17.3.2012 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif at Nalanda, in Bihar P.S. Case No. 24 of 2012, G.R. No. 334 of 2012.

Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed.
