This is an application for bail in connection with Dumara P.S.Case No. 260 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 52 of Prisoners Act.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has remained in custody for six months in this case and though petitioner has criminal antecedent but in some of the cases he has already been granted bail.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the allegation made in the FIR as well as the petitioner has been made accused in large number of cases, as such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
