JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 55 bottles, each containing 180 ml, of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner while she was carrying the same in a Tempo. Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.07.2016 and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that prior to institution of the present case, petitioner had not been made accused in any case of similar nature. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patnacity in connection with Alamganj P.S.Case No. 207 of 2016.
