The petitioner seeks bail in Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 56/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

One country-made gun was recovered from the possession of the petitioner Subodh Kumar and also from the possession of Sudhir Kumar one country-made gun was recovered. Sudhir Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 42003/16. Petitioner has already remained in jail for six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has remained in jail for six months and the co-accused has already enlarged on bail, the petitioner above-named, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43814 of 2016 (3) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S.
