JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2020 In view of the submission and undertaking of the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the time of hearing of this application, through Video Conferencing, that he would remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office vide its notes dated 19.08.2020, within two weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode, he is permitted to remove the same accordingly.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State, through Video Conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.195 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22517 of 2020(2) dt.24-08-2020 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, earlier, while the prayer of the petitioner to grant him the privilege of bail was rejected by this Court, on merit, vide order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.47942 of 2019 but liberty was given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. Now, the period of more than six months has already elapsed of passing of the aforesaid order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.47942 of 2019 by this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Patna, in connection with Beur P.S.
