====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset seeks permission to make necessary correction in para 1 of the anticipatory bail application in course of the day.

Permission is accorded.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are lady and have antecedent of one case in which they were falsely implicated.

The informant alleges that on 29.12.2021, the police force while on patrolling had gone to arrest the absconding accused of

Case No. 348 of 2021 and when they went to their house it is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners went on the roof and started throwing chili powder on the police force and even abused.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. Petitioners being female members of the absconding accused of the aforesaid cases have been implicated by the police only to put pressure on the accused persons who are absconding. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 358 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
