The petitioner, Madan Sonar, is in custody since 21.05.2016 in Buxar Town P.S. Case No.201 of 2016 under Section 25(1-b)a/ 26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of this petitioner, one country-made pistol loaded with one cartridge and another cartridge have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the period of detention, I direct that the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S.
