The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 208 registered under Sections 341, 323, 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present case is the counter blast of Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 207 (Anneuxre-2), which was earlier filed by the co-accused against the present informant. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
