2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 346 of 2014 instituted under Sections 447, 448, 341, 342, 323, 307, 302, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner has participated in the killing of the deceased. He has assaulted the deceased with stick.

4. This is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law.
